We’re dedicated to enhancing your experience, and these notes highlight the improvements we've made to ensure you get the most out of our software. Explore the updates to discover new features and enhancements designed to support your success!

New Features

  • Corporate Payments with Mastercard Open Banking (Closed Preview)

We’ve integrated with Mastercard to support Open Banking transactions at scale across Europe. As part of this release, we’re introducing the Corporate Payment feature as a pilot.  If you’re interested in participating as a pilot customer, please contact our support team for more information.

  • Apply Credit Notes to Invoices in Remittance view

(Home > Remittance view)

You can now apply credit notes to invoices directly from the Remittance view. When selecting any credit note remittance row, a dialog is now displayed to confirm auto-crossing of subledgers instead of stopping the remittance export.

Any rows that are fully balanced are included in the remittance export with the credit note information. Credit notes with a remaining balance will still be left out of the export and will stay in the remittance selection, since actual export of credit notes is not allowed in ISO20022 format.

This feature includes several improvements to remittance handling, including:

  • Credit line crossing: When credit lines are selected in the Remittance view, users are now informed that auto-crossing will be performed for the selected lines before the remittance is exported.
  • Crossed ledger information in export: Information about crossed ledger entries is included in the remittance export when the remittance type is configured to include remittance information (ISO20022).
  • Improved credit note references: Credit note references have been improved by checking for reverted crossings before adding references to the remittance information.
  • Multiple subledger balancing: Added support for balancing multiple subledgers in one operation, including selections across customers and suppliers from the Remittance view.
  • Multi-line cancellation: Canceling remittance rows now supports selecting and canceling multiple rows at the same time (from menu). Right-clicking any row and selecting "Cancel" still cancels a single row.

  • Added ability to restore deleted Orders

(Home > Order search > Menu > select "Restore deleted orders")

Users should be able to restore deleted Orders without having to send in a support ticket.

  • Remittance automatic batch confirmation - Finland

(Home > Remittance view > Remit / Remittance types > Auto generate settlement batch)

Automatic Payment Voucher Creation:

  • The system now automatically creates a payment voucher (settlement batch) when processing remittance payments.
  • By default, the generated payment voucher is left unposted, allowing users to review and manually post it when ready.
  • A new Auto Post Settlement Batch setting is available in the Remittance Type configuration. When enabled, the system automatically posts the generated payment voucher immediately after it is created.
  • A clickable notification is displayed, allowing users to quickly open the automatically generated payment voucher for review.

Two new settings have been added to the Remittance Type configuration:

  • Auto Create Settlement Batch - Automatically creates a payment voucher (settlement batch) for processed remittance payments.
  • Auto Post Settlement Batch - When enabled, the automatically created payment voucher is posted immediately. If disabled, the voucher remains unposted and can be reviewed and posted manually by the user.

Improvements

  • Scheduler & Resource Management

    • Appointment reminders now follow working days

(Home > Settings > Scheduler jobs > SMS Notice Resource Plans)

Appointment reminders are no longer sent on weekends or holidays. If a reminder falls on a non-working day, it will automatically be sent on the last working day beforehand.

  • Skip the Waiting Zone when scheduling a single Block or Task

(Home > Order/Task view > "Create Appointment" button)

Users can now schedule a single Order block or Task directly onto the calendar, without going through the Waiting Zone or the "Create Appointment" step. Simply select the calendar icon from the Task or Order's block and paint a time slot on the calendar.  A clear confirmation is shown once the appointment has been scheduled.

  • Improved Waiting Zone display logic and filtering options

(Home > Scheduler (New) > Open wait-zone sidebar (via the wait-zone toolbar button))

The schedule wait-zone queue filtering and search logic has been refined to better suit typical workflows. The filtering options are:

  • Task view: show all unscheduled Order blocks which have a Task associated with them.
  • Resource view: show all Order blocks that have line items with work time or resource requirement time specified on them.
  • Client Time Zone support

(Home > Scheduler (New) > Right click appointment > Send SMS)

When a new client is set up, the default time zone is now automatically configured according to the client's country. If, for example, the client's country is Norway, the default time zone will be Europe/Oslo. This will be used for formatting date and time for various text outputs like SMS messages and emails.

  • Capital Sales & Sales Wizard
    • Support for Ordered Entities in the Sales Wizard

(Home > Entity view > Sales wizard)

Users can now select entities with the status "Ordered" in the Sales Wizard, and the system will display the correct capital item for the selected entity. To determine the correct capital item, the system will display capital items associated with makes and models that have the status "New".

  • Create Customers directly from Sales Wizard

(Home> Entity view > open Entity Sale > Customer > + add button)

Sales users can now quickly create new Customers directly from the Sales Wizard (Entity Sale) without interrupting the sales process.

  • Improved VAT handling for Capital Items

(Home > Makes and models > Capital items)

VAT handling for capital items has been improved to prevent incorrect capital item combinations when purchasing and selling entities.

New Settings:
A new VAT Flag setting has been added to capital items. The available values are:

  • VAT0

  • Margin

  • Full VAT

The flag can be set individually for each capital item. Leaving the flag empty is also supported.

How It Works:
For example, when a trade-in is purchased to stock, the VAT flag from the selected capital item is automatically assigned to the entity. When the entity is later sold, the Sales Wizard uses the VAT flag stored on the entity to automatically filter the available sales capital items. Only capital items with the matching VAT flag can be selected. For example:

  • Margin entity → only Margin capital items are available

  • Full VAT entity → only Full VAT capital items are available

  • VAT0 entity → only VAT0 capital items are available

If no VAT flag is set, the existing behavior remains unchanged.
This makes the purchase and sales process more reliable and helps prevent incorrect VAT treatment and accounting errors.

Note:
In the first phase, this functionality is available only in the Sales Wizard, where the system automatically selects the correct capital item based on the entity's VAT flag. Capital items entered directly on a sales order are not validated against the VAT flag.

  • Improved VAT Labeling for Posting Types

(Home> Customer view > Settings)

We have clarified which posting types are excluded from VAT by adding "(excl. VAT)" in the name. Made some additional changes to the dropdown with the posting types to clarify which posting types are always without VAT, with the addition of "(excl. VAT)".

  • Stock Location on Purchase Orders

(Home > Purchase Order view > Purchase Order grid > column "Stock location")

Stock location can now be pre-selected and saved on Purchase Order lines before the Goods Receipt process starts. The saved stock location will automatically be used during goods receipt. You can find this new "Stock location" column in the Purchase Order grid.

  • New Invoice Distribution setting

(Home > Payment Terms view > column "Exclude from invoice distribution")

Added "Exclude from invoice distribution" setting to Payment Terms, which, when set to true, will exclude the invoice from invoice delivery.

  • Improved drill-down reporting for Invoices

(Home > Insights)

Invoice Lines have been added to the GL Invoice Head table, enabling more detailed drill-down reporting in Smart Tabs. Users can now navigate directly from GL transactions to the related invoices and individual invoice lines, making it easier to trace and analyze financial data.

  • Clearer Item selection in the Item Transfer Chain dialog (line coloring)

("Item Transfer Chain" dialog across Quick3)

The item transfer popup has been improved to make it easier to identify and select the correct items:

  • Items are now color-coded based on their active status and stock availability.
  • Inactive Items with no stock are hidden by default, with a checkbox to display them when needed.
  • When searching for an inactive Item with no stock, the searched item will still be displayed.
  • Sorts Items so the newest appears first.

  • Removed redundant "No"/"Cancel" option from dialogs across Quick3

(Quick3 dialogs)

Quick3 dialogs have been reviewed to identify cases where “No” and “Cancel” perform the same action. Redundant options have been removed where applicable, making dialogs clearer and easier to understand and reducing unnecessary choices for users.

Bug Fixes

  • Order/Offer related:

    • Error when creating an Order with an invalid Entity

(Home > Order search > create new Order)

Fixed an issue where creating an Order with an Entity that could not be found caused an unexpected error. The Order creation process now handles this scenario correctly.

  • Inactive Contact Persons appeared in Order and Offer selection

(Home > Customer view >  Contact Persons tab > set to "Disabled")

Fixed an issue where inactive contact persons were displayed and could be selected from the contact person dropdown in orders and offers. Only active contact persons are now available for selection.

  • Error during Order creation via Task

(Home > Task search > Task view > Sales tab > Order > "Add")

Fixed an error when creating an Order from a Task’s Sales tab using an Order template with multiple Blocks.

  • Order save fails

(Home > Order view > "Save")

We have fixed an issue where saving an Order failed when the Order status was missing.

  • POS related:

  • POS Item click-and-drag error

(Home > POS)
Fixed an issue in New POS Item where clicking and dragging the mouse could cause an error.

  • POS double-clicking creates double payments

Fixed an issue where double-clicking a payment type on POS could create a duplicate payment.

  • Stock Batch related:

    • Incorrect batch splitting during partial Invoice Control

(Home > Purchase Order > confirm Goods Receipt > order and invoice > Invoice Control > Item view> Stock tab > Transaction Log)

Fixed an issue where stock could be split unnecessarily when processing invoices in multiple steps. Batch split now only occurs when invoice controlling a remainder of a previous partial invoice control, and the cost has changed from the previously known cost for this line/batch. The fix also ensures cost changes are recorded correctly when items have been moved or already sold.

Some users also experienced an error when confirming a Goods Receipt, which has now been fixed as well.

  • Fixed incorrect batch Items after swapping during Goods Receipt

(Home > Purchase Order with type "Transferred to"> start Goods Receipt > Item Connection tab > select "Swap item" from the menu > Batch tab)

Fixed an issue where swapping an item after starting the goods receipt process could cause the batch information to reference the wrong item. Batches now correctly match the swapped item when completing the goods receipt.

  • Stock tab loading issue in Item view

(Home > Item view > Stock tab)

Fixed an issue where loading the Stock tab in the Item view could time out.

  • Credit Purchase to different Stock Location

(Home > Purchase Order > confirm Goods Receipt > Menu > select "Copy to" > "Negative purchase order" > start Goods Receipt > change Stock Location > confirm Goods Receipt)

Fixed issues that could occur when crediting a purchase to a different location than the Item or Batch was originally received in.

  • Batch number paste error

(Home > Order view > paste on Batch column in Order line > check the "Batch" tab)

When pasting a Stock Batch number, the value was not cleared from the input field, causing an error when pressing Enter as the Batch was added twice.

  • GL Journal entries without Voucher Type are editable but won't save

(Home > General journal > Add > Batch > Menu > select "Post" > reopen the Batch)

Fixed an issue in the General Journal where the automatically created line in a new batch could be edited without a voucher type selected. Although users could enter a voucher number, accounts, and other details, the entry was not saved and would disappear after closing and reopening the batch.

  • Customer related:

    • Delivery Address appeared blank when Postal Address was missing

(Home > Customer view >  Delivery Addresses tab)

Fixed an issue where the delivery address field appeared blank when the postal address fields were empty. The delivery address is now displayed correctly.

  • Customer Save error

(Home > Customer view > edit and Save)
Fixed an issue where saving changes in the Customer view could cause a JavaScript error.

  • Shield icon not displayed after saving (requires browser reload)

(Home > Client Configuration > Security tab > "Key" column in "Access tokens" section )

Fixed an issue where the shield icon was not displayed immediately in the "Key" column after adding and saving a new row (e.g., APVi2 type). The icon now appears correctly without requiring a browser reload / hard refresh.

  • Unexpected duplicate Appointments after copy-paste

(Home > Scheduler (New))

Fixed an issue where, under certain circumstances, copying and pasting an appointment could create multiple appointments instead of a single additional appointment.

  • Missing dropdown for List-type properties in Item Group view

(Home > Item Group search > Item Group view > Properties tab)

Fixed an issue with Item Group view, where the Property editor did not show a dropdown when setting a value for a List-type property.

  • Picklist concurrency Save error

(Home > Picklist search > Picklist > Revert and Edit the same Picklist in different views > Save)

Fixed an issue where saving a stale Picklist in a second window after the Picklist was partially or fully reverted in another window caused a backend conflict and appeared as an error for users.

  • Purchase Requirement Order Line connections could be overwritten

(Home > Purchase Requirement > change Order line connection > Save)

Fixed an issue where saving a Purchase Requirement could restore outdated Order line connections after they had been changed by another user.

  • Incorrect set price calculation

(Home > Item Group > Item Connections)

Fixed an issue where set price calculation could use the wrong item when multiple levels of item connections were involved, resulting in incorrect prices.

  • Default Bank Account save error

(Home > Client Configuration > Sales tab > set Default Bank Account without saving> Bank Accounts tab > delete the same Bank Account > Save)

Fixed an issue where deleting a Bank Account that was selected as the default could cause a foreign key error when saving Client Configuration.

We also added validation for the Default Bank Account. If the selected Default Bank Account has been deleted in another session, the user is now notified when saving instead of the Bank Account selection being silently cleared.

  • Posting Type filter missing in EBM Reporting

(Home > Import/Export > EBM reporting)

Fixed an issue where the Posting Type column was missing when configuring Posting Type filters in EBM reports.

  • Voucher management adds wrong Posting Type in Document Center

(Home > Document Center > Voucher registration > "Voucher type" field)

Fixed an issue where documents uploaded to Document Center could be assigned the wrong posting type instead of the configured default voucher type.

  • Fortnox Export issue with forbidden characters

Fixed an issue in Fortnox integration where forbidden characters in invoice line description were not stripped before the invoice was exported to Fortnox.

  • Regulatory reporting code validation was not limited to applicable countries

Updated the validation of regulatory reporting codes so that the requirement only applies to clients in Norway and Sweden. The code is no longer required for clients in Finland or Denmark.

Integrations

  • New APIv2 Endpoints available:

  • A new APIv2 endpoint for Advanced Shipping Notice.
  • A new APIv2 endpoint for getting the price change history of a price list out line.
  • A new API v2 endpoint that returns orders and invoices for entities.

  • Updates to APIv2 :

  • Added support to APIv2 to define which Order template is used when creating a new Order.
  • APIv2 now supports Order statuses. You can read the current status of an existing Order, set the status when creating a new Order, and update the status of an existing Order.
  • Fixed an issue where updating an item through APIv2 (PUT /api/v2/item/{guid}) always failed with the error "The outprice field is required.", making it impossible to update items through the API.
  • Fixed a critical APIv2 issue where PUT /api/v2/customer/{guid} could clear the customer’s invoiceaddressuid, deliveryaddressuid, and primarycontactuid foreign keys, causing the request to return 404 and making the customer inaccessible through APIv2 and the GUI.
