New Features
Waiting Zone in the New Scheduler (First Version)

We are pleased to introduce the "Waiting Zone" view in the Scheduler, designed to streamline task management:
Key Features:
- Waiting Zone for Unscheduled Tasks: The new Waiting Zone allows you to easily view and manage unscheduled Orders, Tasks, and Unassigned Appointments in one central place.
- Drag-and-Drop Scheduling: Quickly assign tasks by dragging items directly from the Waiting Zone into the Scheduler, ensuring efficient and organized task allocation.
This update simplifies the scheduling process, making it easier to find and assign unscheduled items, helping you stay on top of your resources and appointments. This is just the beginning — additional functionality and enhancements for the Waiting Zone are planned over the coming months to further enhance its functionality.
Advanced Tag Filtering with Logical Operators
(Home > Search views across Quick3)
The Advanced Tag Filtering feature enhances our search functionality by providing a more flexible way to search with tags in different search views of Quick3 using logical operators: ALL, ANY, and NONE:
- ALL: Filters results to show only those that contain all the tags added to the search.
- ANY: Filters results to show those that contain at least one (any) of the tags added to the search.
- NONE: Filters results to exclude any entries that contain the tags added to the search.
Generate Purchase Requirements from Internal Stock Location
(Home > Stock Location)
We are excited to introduce a new feature that allows you to generate Purchase Requirements from another Stock Location (Internal Supplier) via Stock Transfer, available with the AdvancedStockTransfer module.
Key Features:
- Purchase Requirement Generation from Internal Suppliers: You can now generate Purchase Requirements by checking availability across multiple Stock Locations (Internal Suppliers). Which locations to check is configured per Stock Location, allowing for chained checks across warehouses (e.g., if Eina uses Oslo to purchase from, and Oslo uses Bergen we can reach all locations when generating requirements for the Eina warehouse).
- Chained Warehouse Checks: If Items are available across multiple warehouses for the required quantity, all available stock will be included in the generated requirements.
- Available Quantity Calculation: The available quantity from each warehouse is calculated using the selected "available quantity 1 / 2" method configured in Client Configuration > Stock.
- Bulk Editing of Supplier: To simplify changing Suppliers, such as switching from an internal warehouse to an external supplier, it is now possible to edit multiple rows at once.
- Manual Purchase Requirement: When adding a Purchase Requirement manually (from Order or Item), the available warehouses are displayed in the dialog. You can adjust quantities before adding the requirement.
- Item Tag Filtering: You can now filter on Item tags in the Purchase Requirements view and the generation dialog, allowing for more control over which items to order from other warehouses.
This update enhances your ability to manage stock across multiple locations and provides greater flexibility in handling purchase requirements, improving efficiency and control over your inventory.
New Insights views
Order Tag Log view in Entity Insights
(Home > Entity > Insights > Tag Log Order)
A new "Order Tag Log" view has been added in Entity (Insights). This view allows users to track all tag events across Orders, providing valuable insights such as how long a tag has been active on an Order. This feature is particularly useful for scenarios like calculating parking days and other time-based metrics.
Improvements
Enhance Login Screen to Support Browser-Preferred Languages
(Quick3 Login page)
Quick3 Login screen will use the user's browser preferred language settings to pick which language is used in displaying texts. If the preferred language is unavailable, it defaults to English. Supported languages include English, Norwegian, Finnish, Swedish, and Danish.
Added ability to Add and Remove Blocks on Purchase Orders
(Home > Purchase Order search > Purchase Order view > Grid (Table) Menu > Select "Block" and "New Block"/ "Delete Block")
You can now easily add or remove Blocks on Purchase Orders, allowing you to group Entities with equipment or other items. This feature works similarly to the sales side, giving you more flexibility in organizing your orders.
Enhanced Remittance History: Transaction-Level Management
(Home > Remittance > History)
The remittance history is now presented as a flattened list of transactions, eliminating the need to open individual batches. Transactions can now be canceled or re-invoked at the transaction level, removing the previous requirement to cancel the entire batch.
Create Entities during Goods Receipt Confirmation
(Home > Purchase Order search > Purchase Order > Main Menu > Select "Register goods receipt" and "Auto (all received)" / "Manual" > Confirm > Check the "Create Entity" Checkbox in the dialog)
You can now create Entities directly when confirming Goods Receipt, using the same criteria applied when confirming an Offer. If the Purchase Order includes capital items (and not already in a Block with an entity connection), you can check the "Create Entities" checkbox in the confirmation dialog. By default, this checkbox is selected when applicable.
Option to Hide Availability View in Purchase Requirements
(Home > Purchase Requirement view > Grid Context Menu > Select "Hide availability view")
You can now hide the Availability view on the Purchase Requirements page. Simply right-click on the grid (table) and select the option "Hide availability view" from the Context Menu.
Show "Connections" icon for all Item Connections in Order
(Home > Order search > Order view)
The "Connections" icon on the Order grid now appears for item rows that have any type of Item Connection, not just those with "Transferred To" connections. This improvement ensures better visibility and tracking of all item connections directly within the Order grid (table).
Item swapping enabled from Availability tab to multiple views
You can now swap Items directly from the Availability tab in Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and Purchase Requirements views.
Authorization and Invoice Integration Update (AntraVisma)
The AntraVisma authorization has been updated from VNI to Visma Connect, and the invoice integration process has been updated from Quick to Visma (transitioning from VNI to Visma Connect).
Dark Mode Support for Dashboards
Quick3 Dashboards now respect dark mode theme settings. This adjustment extends to both the web dashboard and the mobile app, ensuring a consistent theme across both platforms.
Depreciation Procedure Improvements
The depreciation procedure has been enhanced to better align with Entity-specific settings. It now respects Dimension values such as cost centers, profiles, and more. Additionally, users can now override the Posting period during the depreciation process.
Added "Parameter" Support for Tasks (Internal Use Only)
(Home > Task search > Task view > Parameter tab)
We’ve introduced "Parameter" support for Tasks, initially for internal use. This feature allows for preliminary Task prioritization within Quick3. In the future, this functionality will be made available externally for all Quick3 users, enhancing task management and prioritization capabilities.
Bug Fixes
Fix for File Display in Dark Mode
(Home > Entity view > File Explorer)
Fixed an issue where files (Excel and CSV) saved in the entity File Explorer were unreadable in Dark Mode (preview). These files now display correctly in Dark Mode, as well as in Light and Silver modes.
Fixed Sales Import timeout issue in ImportWizard
(Home > Import Wizard > Import: Sales )
Fixed issue with Sales import in ImportWizard taking too long to complete or timing out.
Resolved issue with Periodization into Locked Periods
(Home > Order view > Set Periodization Start to a Locked Period > Create Invoice)
The bug that allowed periodization into locked periods has been resolved.
Fixed Time Zone issue in new Scheduler
(Home > New Scheduler)
Fixed an issue with time zone support in the new Scheduler that caused appointments for Finnish users to jump forward 1 hour after saving.
Entity description visible in Block on Goods Receipt and Invoice Control

Entity description now showing in Block headers on Goods Receipt and Invoice Control, and possible to click to open Entity.
Fixed issue with creating new POS details with Payment Types and Users

Fixed a bug where creating new POS details with Payment Types or Users would fail.
Resolved issue preventing the addition of Blocks to Offers

Resolved an issue preventing users from adding additional Blocks to Offers.
Fixed Invoice Control issue for Locked Periods in Document Center
(Home > Document Center)
Fixed an issue in the Document Center when performing Invoice Control with a date belonging to a Locked period. We no longer validate whether the Period is open before confirming the Invoice Control, allowing users to override the Period on the posting lines before posting the document.
Integrations
BMW Warranty Integration
This integration allows BMW service providers (for cars, bikes, etc.) to register and submit warranty cases directly from Quick3. It enables the creation of Warranty Orders (Defect cases) for vehicles, including key functionality such as:
- Create Warranty Orders
Service providers can create a Warranty Order (Defect case) for a vehicle within Quick3. - Sales Parameters
Set important sales parameters in the Order block (Parameters tab), including Warranty Start Date and Vehicle Information details. - Defect Code Assignment
Assign a specific Defect Code to the Order Block, allowing a list of parts to be registered for each defect type. - 3-Step Submission Process
Implement a streamlined process for submitting warranty cases, with stages for Tech Check, Validation, and Final Submission. - Status Tracking
View the progress and status of each submission step in a dedicated view, ensuring clear tracking and visibility throughout the process.
This feature provides BMW service providers with an efficient way to manage warranty cases directly from Quick3, streamlining the workflow and improving overall service delivery.

Customize your experience with multiple color themes — light, dark, or silver. Quick3 Mobile now mirrors the seamless experience of Quick3 Web! Switch themes effortlessly in your User Profile. - Quick3 Mobile Access Control
Quick3 now offers enhanced access control for mobile users. Administrators and superadmins can set access levels (None or All) for each user, with permissions configurable for each tab within views and pages.
Access rights can be managed globally for all users via the Resource Main Menu > Insights > Q3 Mobile Access, or individually for each user through the Resource Detail View > Q3 Mobile Access tab.
Non-admin users who have access to Insights or the Resource View will see the tab, but it will appear empty if they do not have the appropriate access rights. This ensures a more controlled and secure experience for managing mobile access. - "Lock" Option for Barcode Fields in Collapsible Headers
A new "lock" option has been added to barcode fields in the app. When collapsing the header, the barcode field will remain visible, ensuring critical information stays accessible. This "lock" flag has been applied to all barcode inputs in the app for improved usability.

New Features
Display Brand Logo for Items
(Webshop > Item)
The item page in Webshop now have support for displaying the brand logo. The logo will be visible above the item name on the item page in Webshop. To add logo, simply open the supplier, add an image to file explorer, and mark it as web-active. Next, the supplier needs to be added to the field "manufacturer" in item settings tab.
Improvements
Added support for Package Size in Webshop

The webshop now obeys the quantity set pr. package on item. Simply add a number on the field "Quantity per package sale" in item settings in Quick3. In the webshop, the quantity you add to the basket will be incremented by the number you set in the Quick3 item setting.
Webshop now supports more Video Formats to use in Banners
(Webshop > Banner)
Supported formats for adding video in banner now include ".mov, .mp4, .wmv and .webm".
Improved Webshop Basket to display more info about VAT for non-private customers
(Webshop > Basket)
For non-private customers, we now display more information about prices with or without VAT in Webshop basket.
Upsales in Basket now displays Accessory Items added on Parent Item
(Webshop > Basket)
The function for upsales in basket now also displays the accessory items added on parent item. Previously, only accessory items added on variant items would be displayed in the webshop basket.
Created setting "Max basket qty." on item for Webshop
(Home > Item view > Settings)
Added a new setting on item card to add maximum quantity pr. order (webshop only) for item. This allows you to set a restriction of how many items a customer can order of a spesific item in the webshop.
Improvement to Webshop Links for Items with Variants
(Webshop > Item)
When opening webshop links for items which has variants, the selected variant will be displayed on the page, and not just a default variant.
Implemented Required Selection for Variants in Webshop
(Webshop > Item)
We have improved the user interaction for variants in webshop by requiring selection for both dropdown menu and buttons. This will prevent users from accidentally selecting the first option, and ensure a deliberate selection is made.

Fixed layout misalignment for Item Image

On the item page, there was a layout issue involving the thumbnail image section.
Fixed issue where Web Schema could not be submitted

Corrected issue where web schema could not be submitted.
Fixed issue with Webshop Setting for the display of Item Number

Corrected issue where item number was visible in a shopping cart, even though the webshop setting was set to "none".
Issue with Vipps Orders missing information is fixed
(Home > Order search)
Corrected issue where some web orders was missing card- reservation and delivery option in Quick3, for orders paid with Vipps.
Fixed issue where model search did not respect item priority
(Webshop > Model search)
Issue were the priority set on item was not respected in model search is now fixed. If items has a priority set, the items will be correctly displayed in the model search (within the item groups).
Webshop Banners displayed the extract double when Link was added to Article
(Webshop > Banner)
Corrected issue where the extract would be displayed on the banner twice, if banner article had a link.
Corrected problem with Delivery Options marked as B2B only
(Webshop > Checkout)
Issue were private persons (B2C) were allowed to select delivery option in payment portal (ex. Klarna), which were marked in Quick3 as B2B only, is resolved.
Fixed issue with editing and adding new Address in My Page in Webshop
(Webshop > My Page > Profile)
Editing and adding new address in webshop couldn't be saved unless you add name of contact person.
Fixed problem with Banner Carousel display in full-width
(Webshop > Banner)
Fixed problem where it was not possible to display webshop banners in full width, which is the default display of banners in webshop.
Corrected error where customers could not complete Payment with NetsEasy
(Webshop > Checkout)
Corrected error where customer could not complete payment with NetsEasy when trying to pay an invoice sent with payment link. Customers got an error message saying that delivery is invalid.
Fixed issue with lost Comments and References added in Checkout
(Webshop > Checkout)
Fixed issue where texts added by customer in reference and comment-fields in webshop checkout would not be added to order in Quick3.
Issue with Item display for Filtering on Variant Values is fixed
(Webshop > Item)
Fixed issue where filtering on variant values in webshop, the webshop displayed both parent and variant item. Now it only displays the variant item in the item list.
Fixed problem with Selecting Addresses in Checkout for Contact ersons
(Webshop > Checkout)
Fixed problem in webshop checkout for contact persons, where billing address was not possible to use as delivery address if delivery address was missing.
