New Features

  • New Smart tab: Timetracking Control added to Resource view

(Home > Profile menu > My Resource > Timetracking Control ("Kontroll stempling") tab)

We’ve added a new “Timetracking Control” (Kontroll stempling) tab in the Resource detail view. Now, resources and users with access to this view can easily see all tracking details for each Resource, including Google Maps links for events with known GPS locations.

  • Tags Feature in New Scheduler

(Home Scheduler (New) > right-click on the timeline header > Columns > enable "Tags")

Tags related to a Resource now appear in the Tags column of the resource grid in the New Scheduler view, making it easier to identify suitable resources for specific tasks. For example, a tag like "EU Control" on both a task and a resource helps identify qualified resources instantly.

(Home Scheduler (New) > Waiting Zone > Tags column)

A new Tags column has been added to the Waiting Zone view, showing Order, Task, and Entity tags related to schedulable tasks in the Waiting Zone.

  • Simplified Discount Matrix with Delivery Priority

(Home > Customer view > Price agreement > Discount matrix)

The use of the Discount Matrix has been simplified for a more user-friendly experience and now supports differentiating discounts by Delivery Priority. Instead of linking each Item discount code individually to Customers or Groups, users can now apply a single Customer discount code across all Item discount codes. Additionally, the updated logic supports differentiating discounts based on Delivery Priority, allowing for more flexible and accurate discount application.

Improvements

  • Enhancements for New Scheduler

We’ve made several improvements to the New Scheduler to make navigation smoother and user-friendly:

Automatic End Time Update in Appointment Form

(Home Scheduler (New) > double-click the appointment bar in the calendar > adjust the start time)

When you manually adjust the start date or time of an appointment in the New Scheduler’s editing form, the end date and time will now update automatically.

Automatic Data Reload in New Schedule

(Home Scheduler (New) > navigate using arrows or buttons on the timeline; adjust the timeline settings)

Data now automatically reloads in the New Scheduler view whenever settings that affect the view range are changed, including using navigation buttons (such as Back, Forward, Today, or the Date Picker). This makes navigation in the schedule much easier as users no longer need to refresh manually to see appointments while navigating.

Waiting Zone Improvements

(Home Scheduler (New) > Waiting Zone)

  • The Tabular view in the Waiting Zone is the default for new users. Use the "Tabular View" switch to change it to a compact list view.
  • Multiple Order lines from a single Block are now combined into a single entry for scheduling in the Waiting Zone. Scheduling the single entry will create an appointment to represent all of the Block work. This change better reflects real-world scheduling behavior, where users typically schedule Block work together in one appointment rather than individually.
  • The Waiting Zone compact list view mode now includes additional information about the schedulable: Customer name, Task/Block name, Order No., and Entity key info.
  • If an Order line has a quantity of zero, it will be excluded from the Waiting Zone when checking for Orders with work time.
  • The Task name column now uses the Block name if no Task is connected to the Block or if the Task name is empty.

Keyboard Focus and Auto-Open Behavior Adjustments

(Home Scheduler (New))

  • Keyboard input focus now correctly moves to pop-up dialogs. Previously, pressing Esc would close the entire Scheduler (New) view instead of just the dialog, leaving the dialog open.
  • Previously, creating an appointment from the Waiting Zone or from the Order/Task views would automatically open the related Order or Task. Now, you will stay in the Scheduler (New) view that will remain active, allowing you to stay focused on scheduling without unnecessary view changes.
  • Also, the New Scheduler now remembers your preferred view setting when you close it.

Appointment Editing Form

(Home Scheduler (New) > open an Appointment editing form)

The appointment editing form now displays the Task or Block name instead of a generic caption.

Resource Group Header Width Display in Timeline

(Home Scheduler (New) > Scheduler Settings > Appointments  –  adjust event height)

The Resource group header now remains narrow regardless of the set Event height (appointment bar height displayed in the timeline), while Resource height remains customizable via the Scheduler Settings (Event Height).

  • Enhanced Localization: Scheduler Appointment times consistent worldwide

(Home > Scheduler (New) view appointment time(Home > Order view > Time tab)

Date-time displays for scheduler Appointments are now consistent across all time zones and views. Previously, users (especially in Finland) experienced discrepancies when creating work Order schedule appointments in the scheduler. Specifically, the appointment time shown on the Order view’s (Times tab) did not match the originally specified appointment time. This issue has been resolved to ensure accurate and reliable appointment times regardless of user location.

  • Enhanced support for flexible Dimension Types and Values in Import Wizard

(Home > Import Wizard > click "Add" button > Import: GL journal)

This update introduces support for flexible Dimension types and values during import processes. Previously, GL import only supported Dimension types identified by a System code, but now it allows importing and mapping Dimension types by their "code," aligning with the existing approach used for Item Properties. This change keeps everything compatible with previous imports and is designed to be easy to use and adapt for future needs.

  • Clearer Status indicators in Remittance view

(Home > Remittance > Selection tab)

Replaced full-line coloring (which caused visual clutter and conflicted with navigation colors) with a thin colored marker placed inside relevant cells. These markers highlight important information, such as missing Payment type codes or Account No. For information not tied to a specific column, the marker appears in the Actor (payment receiver) cell, enabling multiple statuses to be shown on the same line without confusion.

  • Purchase Orders split by Sales Order with clear References

(Home > Purchase Order view)

When the same Item is needed for multiple sales Orders, Purchase Orders are now split into separate lines to keep the correct order references. A new tracking system links each Purchase line back to the exact sales Order line that triggered it, ensuring Items are delivered to the right Order. This update improves Order traceability and sets the stage for showing Order info on Purchase Orders and related documents.

Bug Fixes

  • Invoice Date in Invoice Journal no longer overwrites other Invoices

(Home > Invoice view > "Invoice date" in the Primary info / Finance tab see in General Ledger Postings)
Fixes an issue where setting the Invoice date into the future when you invoice caused all invoices in the same Invoice Journal to inherit that future date in their posting journal date (GL and GL journal entries). Now, changing the Invoice date affects only the invoiced Invoice without altering dates on other Invoices.

  • Fixed dialogs showing too many rows in Entity Lookup

(Home > create an Order with a capital Item > right-click on a capital Item, click "Connect Entity")
Resolved an issue where dialogs, such as the “Connect Entity” search on capital Items, displayed more rows than intended, showing all Entities instead of only those matching the model. This fix ensures all lookups and searches correctly limit results.

  • Fixed Weekend highlighting in the Scheduler timeline

(Home > Scheduler (New) view view the timeline for the last few weeks)
Fixed an issue that prevented weekends in past dates from being highlighted in red on the timeline.

  • Improved row highlighting behavior in New Scheduler

(Home > Scheduler (New) view view the timeline)
Fixed an issue causing the row highlight on hover in the New Scheduler to feel sticky, ensuring smoother and more responsive interaction.

  • Corrected File Audit Version in SAF-T Finance files

Fixed an issue where the FileAuditVersion was incorrect in generated SAF-T Finance files.

  • Bug Fix: Supplier not set when importing Voucher Documents from EHF

Resolved an issue where importing Invoices from EHF to the Document Center failed to set the Supplier for some users.

  • Base Item Average Cost now updates when Base Item Cost changes

Fixed an issue where the Base Item Average Cost (baseitemavgcost) did not update when the Base Item Cost (baseitemcost) was modified.

Integrations

  • Easily Fetch BMW Vehicle Information Using a VIN

You can now retrieve detailed, static vehicle information for BMW vehicles using a valid VIN when the data is available within BMW’s backend systems.
