Improvements
Added item-level Delivery Days
(Home > Item view > Settings tab > Webshop > see "Delivery days" field)
You can now set Delivery days for individual Items, allowing for a more accurate reflection of varying delivery times (e.g., some items delivered in a few days, others in weeks, or unknown requiring request) instead of using a single value for all items.
Timed pop-up for “Important” Item text
(Home > Item view > Internal Text tab > activate the flag labeled "Important")
When the flag “Important” is activated for an Item’s Internal text, a pop-up will appear when the Item is added to an Order, Offer, Purchase Order, or Customer. It was previously reported that the pop-up did not trigger correctly when the “Important” flag was activated for an Item's Internal text. This has now been fixed. Also, a new option has been added to this pop-up, allowing users to set a 15-minute timer. If the timer is enabled, the pop-up will not reappear for that Item within the next 15 minutes. If the timer is not enabled, the pop-up will continue to appear each time the Item is added.
Full decimal display for Exchange Rate dropdown in Document Center
(Home > Document Center > Document > "Currency" dropdown field at the top)
The "Currency" dropdown in the Document Center now displays the full number of decimals in the exchange rate, just like in the grid at the bottom.
Increase length of E-Invoice Address field in Customer (Finland)
(Home > Customer view > Settings > see "E-invoice reference" in the General section)
The e-invoice address field on the Customer card has been extended to accommodate full Finnish e-invoice addresses. Previously, the field was too short to display valid Finnish addresses completely; with this update, all addresses can now be fully stored and viewed.
Schedule Waiting Zone filtering controls UX improvement
(Home > Scheduler (New) > Toolbar > Waitzone > Configuration)
The results filtering controls in the Wait Zone configuration area have been organized under a "Filters" section to make their usage purpose more clear. Additionally, a display message has been added to the results grid header to show when filters are activated or not; an action button is included there to clear any active filters if desired.
Bug Fixes
PRISM Export fails with multiple Profiles
(Home > Import/Export > PRISM tab)
Fixed a bug in the PRISM export that caused the export to fail when multiple profiles were used, and some profiles had no relevant settings for the export.
Emails not sent from Customer Contact History
(Home > Customer view > Communication > Contact History > add new; press "Send by email" airplane)
Fixed an issue in the Contact History tab (Customer view) where adding a new entry and pressing the send button incorrectly reported “Email was sent” without actually sending the email. The email now sends correctly when using this workflow.
Task Text overwriting when Locked
(Home > Task view > Task texts)
Fixed an issue where multiple users could overwrite each other’s changes in a Task text, even when the Task was locked by another user. Task locking now correctly prevents simultaneous edits.
Tab shows as edited (italic with star) when no changes were made
(Home > Article/Supplier views)
Fixed an issue in multiple tabs (e.g., Articles, Suppliers) where users were incorrectly notified that changes had occurred when no actual changes were made.
Block Text pushing buttons off-screen
(Home > Order / Offer / Purchase Order views > Block text)
Fixed a styling issue where buttons on Block could be pushed off-screen if the text was too long. The layout now properly accommodates long text without affecting button placement, showing the full text when hovering over the Block.
Order of columns in Stock Log not retained after reopening view
(Home > Item view > Stock tab > Log tab)
Fixed an issue where re-ordering columns in the Stock Log grid on an Item was not being saved. The column order now remains as configured.
Item work time omitted when scheduling an order from the Order page
(Home > Order search > Order > Block > Block toolbar > Create appointment)
The bug that was causing the work time or resource requirement time (production time and setup time) defined on Items in the Order to be omitted when scheduling from the Order page has been fixed.
Days missing on initial switch to Month view in Scheduler
(Home > Scheduler (New) > Toolbar > "Month" button)
A bug that was preventing the days at the beginning and end of some months in the Scheduler Month view from rendering when first entering the Month view has been fixed.
Decimal overflow preventing Order save [Regression]
(Home > Order search > Order view > "Save" button)
Fixed a decimal overflow issue that prevented Orders from being saved after modifying the Gross Margin.
SQL error 22008 when posting GL Batch [Regression]
Fixed an issue that could cause SQL error 22008 (“cannot subtract infinite dates”) when validating GL postings.
Issues with main Location after changing Stock Location hierarchy
(Home > Stock locations view > move a main location to be a sub-location of another main location)
Fixed an issue where changing a main location to be a sub location caused issues with the main location connection for stock batches.
Invoice Control: Item changes disabled on confirmation
(Document Center)
Removed the option to change Items when confirming invoice control lines in the Document Center. Changing an Item when doing invoice control is no longer allowed since Items on invoice control lines must match the goods receipt in Order for any cost adjustment rows to affect the correct Item.
Zero-Price Items were incorrectly transferred from MEKO
(Order view)
Items with a price of 0 were previously being transferred from Meko (MecaPro) into Quick3, even though they should not be included. This has now been fixed.
1881 Phone Lookup returning empty or incorrect results
Fixed an issue with external 1881 phone/name lookups in Norway that could return empty or irrelevant search results in some cases.
Incorrect model alignment for Entities created via Trafi search
Previously, Entities created from Trafi Search were aligned to the wrong model in the model tree, giving users incorrect information. This could cause safety risks in workshops. Customers reported cases where a new entity was placed in the wrong category. The logic has now been fixed so that Entities created from Trafi Search are aligned to the correct model.
Shipment creation failed due to long Parcel ID
We fixed an issue where creating a shipment could fail if the parcel ID was too long. Shipment creation now works as expected, even when longer parcel IDs are used.
