Integrations

• CitNow - Order line quotation upload for additional work documentation

Users using CitNow can now send Order line quotation information to CitNow to support video documentation of additional work that has been performed on vehicles. This is done on the Order page by clicking the CitNOW button in the line block header, which will initiate the process of checking in the vehicle, sending line information, and checking the vehicle out when finished.

• Ilexius Integration (JLR)

We have completed the integration with the Ilexius platform, used by JLR for managing vehicle service history and warranty claims. This integration is mandatory for all Jaguar/Land Rover dealers and is now supported in Quick3. This release includes support for the following modules:

• Customer
• Customer consent
• Employee
• Labour rate
• Vehicle information (manufacturer, license plate)
• Vehicle owner information
• Vehicle service

• Mazda Supplier Integration

Quick3 ERP now includes Mazda Supplier Integration, enhancing purchase order automation and supplier visibility. The key features: 

• Electronic Purchase Order Submission
  Create and send Purchase Orders directly to Mazda Europe from Quick3 ERP, reducing manual effort and processing time.
  
  
• Purchase Order Item Validation
  Automatically validate Items against Mazda Europe’s catalog to ensure correct part numbers and quantities.
  
  
• Item Availability Checks
  Check current Item availability to support accurate purchasing and planning decisions.
  
  
• Delivery Notes for Shipped POs
  Access delivery notes for Mazda purchase orders once shipped.
  
  
• Purchase Order Status
  Track the real-time status of Mazda purchase orders.
  
  
• PO Line Status
  View detailed, line-level order progress and partial shipments.
  
  
• Backorders
  Identify backordered Items for proactive supply management.
  
  
• Delivery Dates
  View updated delivery date information directly in Quick3 ERP.
  
  

This integration reduces manual processing, improves order accuracy, and increases transparency across the purchasing lifecycle.

Bug Fixes

• Webshop Settings - Free Shipping Amount not saving

(Home > Profile > Webshop settings)

Fixed an issue where the “Amount incl. VAT before free shipping” field in Profile (Webshop Settings tab) was not saving correctly.

• E-Signing credentials not saved in Client Configuration

(Home > Client Configuration > Misc tab > ESigning)

Fixed issue with e-signing username and password falling out in Client Configurations.  Fixed an issue where the e-signing username and password were not being retained in the Client Configuration settings. This caused some customers to experience errors when attempting to send e-signing cases.

• Entity Sale - Item description not updated on Invoice line 

(Home > Client Configuration > Finance tab > Entity Sale "Assign new project on exchange")

Fixed an issue where the Item description on the Invoice line did not update to match the Entity description on the Block during an Entity sale. This occurred for clients configured to automatically create new Dimensions on part-exchange Items. 

• Recurring Orders - Delivery Date and Repeating Dates not updating

Resolved an issue where recurring Orders did not correctly update the Delivery Date or Repeating Next/End Date on the Block. Previously, after invoicing a recurring Order, the new Order would incorrectly default these dates to the current date rather than using the specified repeating interval.

• Improved E-Invoice reference validation and error messages

Improved validation of e-invoice references before performing lookups in Peppol. References are now properly sanitized and cleaned, and users receive clearer, more helpful error messages when validation fails.

• POS - bug fixes and improvements

Resolved an issue in the POS grid where editing the description of a selected line would incorrectly update the last line instead of the chosen line.

Fixed an issue where users could experience an error message if they tried to register a payment on an existing Order opened in POS and added new lines to it.

• Users receive Calendar notification when they are not supposed to

(Notifications [and toast notifications])

Resolved a bug that would cause multiple users to receive notifications for scheduled appointments that they were not assigned to.

•  "User" field not populating from Vehicle Registration Lookup

Fixed an issue in Quick3 where the “User” field was not automatically populated when retrieving vehicle data for vehicles owned by finance companies. This functionality has been restored, and the field now correctly reflects the data from vegvesen.no.
