New Features
New Smart tab: Time Tracking Control added to Resource view
(Home > Profile menu > My Resource > Timetracking Control ("Kontroll stempling") tab)
We’ve added a new “Timetracking Control” (Kontroll stempling) tab in the Resource detail view. Now, resources and users with access to this view can easily see all tracking details for each Resource, including Google Maps links for events with known GPS locations.
Tags Feature in New Scheduler
(Home > Scheduler (New) > right-click on the timeline header > Columns > enable "Tags")
Tags related to a Resource now appear in the Tags column of the resource grid in the New Scheduler view, making it easier to identify suitable resources for specific tasks. For example, a tag like "EU Control" on both a task and a resource helps identify qualified resources instantly.
(Home > Scheduler (New) > Waiting Zone > Tags column)
A new Tags column has been added to the Waiting Zone view, showing Order, Task, and Entity tags related to schedulable tasks in the Waiting Zone.
Discount Matrix: Customer-Wide Codes and Delivery Priority
(Home > Order view > Delivery tab > "Delivery Priority" field – select the priority from the dropdown)
We now support different discounts based on Delivery Priority, which you can configure in the Discount Matrix. This allows you to map discounts to Orders depending on how urgent the delivery is. You can set the Delivery Priority for each order in the Delivery tab of the Order view by selecting a value from the "Delivery Priority" dropdown menu. If no Delivery Priority is set, the system will automatically apply the best available discount from the Discount Matrix.
(Home > Customer view > Price Agrement > Discount matrix)
The use of the Discount Matrix has been simplified for a more user-friendly experience. Instead of linking each Item discount code individually to Customers, you can now apply a single Customer code for a discount across all Items.
Improved filtering and handling in the Invoice Queue
(Home > Invoice queue)
New Dropdown for Order Type selection
Instead of a checkbox for repeating Orders, there’s now a dropdown menu at the top of the Invoice Queue view where you can choose between the below, making it easier to differentiate between the types of Orders you're working with:
- Picklist Standard Orders (default if "Use picklist" is enabled in Client Settings)
- Standard Orders (default if "Use picklist" is not enabled)
- Recurring Orders
Depending on the selected order type, filters and grid content adapt dynamically:
- Picklisted Standard Orders:
- Shows Picklists in the grid
- Enables Picklist Date filter
- Disables Order Date filter
- Standard Orders
- Shows Orders in the grid
- Enables Order Date filter
- Disables the Picklist Date filter
- Recurring Orders
- Shows Orders with recurring blocks, including a new "Invoice/Renewal Date" column in the grid, reflecting the earliest Invoice date of the recurring Order.
- Enables Invoice/Renewal Date filter (default TO date is today and must be set).
- Only recurring blocks due for invoicing are included (based on the selected TO date).
Filtering Logic
- Orders with statuses not eligible for invoicing are always excluded.
- For Standard Orders, recurring blocks are excluded.
- For Recurring Orders, only Orders with recurring blocks due on or before the selected date are shown.
Improvements
Enhancements for New Scheduler
We’ve made several improvements to the New Scheduler to make navigation smoother and user-friendly:
Automatic End Time Update in Appointment Form
(Home > Scheduler (New) > double-click the appointment bar in the calendar > adjust the start time)
When you manually adjust the start date or time of an appointment in the New Scheduler’s editing form, the end date and time will now update automatically.
Automatic Data Reload in New Schedule
(Home > Scheduler (New) > navigate using arrows or buttons on the timeline; adjust the timeline settings)
Data now automatically reloads in the New Scheduler view whenever settings that affect the view range are changed, including using navigation buttons (such as Back, Forward, Today, or the Date Picker). This makes navigation in the schedule much easier as users no longer need to refresh manually to see appointments while navigating.
Waiting Zone Improvements
(Home > Scheduler (New) > Waiting Zone)
- The Tabular view in the Waiting Zone is the default for new users. Use the "Tabular View" switch to change it to a compact list view.
- Multiple Order lines from a single Block are now combined into a single entry for scheduling in the Waiting Zone. Scheduling the single entry will create an appointment to represent all of the Block work. This change better reflects real-world scheduling behavior, where users typically schedule Block work together in one appointment rather than individually.
- The Waiting Zone compact list view mode now includes additional information about the schedulable: Customer name, Task/Block name, Order No., and Entity key info.
- If an Order line has a quantity of zero, it will be excluded from the Waiting Zone when checking for Orders with work time.
- The Task name column now uses the Block name if no Task is connected to the Block or if the Task name is empty.
Keyboard Focus and Auto-Open Behavior Adjustments
(Home > Scheduler (New))
- Keyboard input focus now correctly moves to pop-up dialogs. Previously, pressing Esc would close the entire Scheduler (New) view instead of just the dialog, leaving the dialog open.
- Previously, creating an appointment from the Waiting Zone or from the Order/Task views would automatically open the related Order or Task. Now, you will stay in the Scheduler (New) view that will remain active, allowing you to stay focused on scheduling without unnecessary view changes.
- Also, the New Scheduler now remembers your preferred view setting when you close it.
Appointment Editing Form
(Home > Scheduler (New) > open an Appointment editing form)
The appointment editing form now displays the Task or Block name instead of a generic caption.
Resource Group Header Width Display in Timeline
(Home > Scheduler (New) > Scheduler Settings > Appointments – adjust event height)
The Resource group header now remains narrow regardless of the set Event height (appointment bar height displayed in the timeline), while Resource height remains customizable via the Scheduler Settings (Event Height).
Open Scheduler directly from Order "Appointment and Task" tab
(Home > Order search > Order view > Times > Appointments and Task > Appointments tab)
Appointments in the Order (Appointments tab) now link out to the New Scheduler. The New Scheduler opens the timeline to the scheduled time of the clicked appointment.
Enhanced Localization: Scheduler Appointment times consistent worldwide
(Home > Scheduler (New) view – appointment time) (Home > Order view > Time tab)
Date-time displays for Scheduler appointments are now consistent across all time zones and views. Previously, users (especially in Finland) experienced discrepancies when creating work Order appointments in the Scheduler. Specifically, the appointment time shown on the Order view’s (Times tab) did not match the originally specified appointment time. Proper localization has now been implemented to ensure accurate and reliable appointment times regardless of user location.
Enhanced support for flexible Dimension Types and Values in Import Wizard
(Home > Import Wizard > click "Add" button > Import: GL journal)
This update introduces support for flexible Dimension types and values during import processes. Previously, GL import only supported Dimension types identified by a System code, but now it allows importing and mapping Dimension types by their "code," aligning with the existing approach used for Item Properties. This change keeps everything compatible with previous imports and is designed to be easy to use and adapt for future needs.
Clearer Status indicators in Remittance view
(Home > Remittance > Selection tab)
Replaced full-line coloring (which caused visual clutter and conflicted with navigation colors) with a thin colored marker placed inside relevant cells. These markers highlight important information, such as missing Payment type codes or Account No. For information not tied to a specific column, the marker appears in the Actor (payment receiver) cell, enabling multiple statuses to be shown on the same line without confusion.
Improved External Item Group Import
(Home > Supplier search > Supplier view > External price lists tab > Item groups tab > select "Import all external groups" in the main menu)
When running “Import all external groups”, the system now downloads Item groups from both Price Hotel and PIM (if the supplier is a PIM provider). Previously, Supplier item groups were only fetched from Price Hotel. With this enhancement, if a Supplier is connected to PIM, their PIM item groups will also be imported. This ensures users can map Supplier item groups from both sources to their own Item groups.
Document Center Parsing Rules Improvements
Document Handling
- Removed document dropdown; selection now via new “Documents and Feedback” tab.
- Added “Set as current” action to switch documents. Hand-pointer icon added for “Set as current”.
- The selected document is now shown in the editor with row highlighting.
Feedback Enhancements
- Clear linkage between feedback and associated documents.
- Added support to add a response to the feedback.
- New columns: Response, Response Time.
- Renamed: "Is Attended" → Resolved, "Completed Time" → Resolved Time, "Description" → User Description.
- Multiline support for Response and User Description fields.
Bug Fixes
Invoice Date in Invoice Journal no longer overwrites other Invoices
(Home > Invoice view > "Invoice date" in the Primary info / Finance tab – see in General Ledger Postings)
Fixes an issue where setting the Invoice date into the future when you invoice caused all invoices in the same Invoice Journal to inherit that future date in their posting journal date (GL and GL journal entries). Now, changing the Invoice date affects only the invoiced Invoice without altering dates on other Invoices.
Fixed dialogs showing too many rows in Entity Lookup
(Home > create an Order with a capital Item > right-click on a capital Item, click "Connect Entity")
Resolved an issue where dialogs, such as the “Connect Entity” search on capital Items, displayed more rows than intended, showing all Entities instead of only those matching the model. This fix ensures all lookups and searches correctly limit results.
Fixed Weekend highlighting in the Scheduler timeline
(Home > Scheduler (New) view – view the timeline for the last few weeks)
Fixed an issue that prevented weekends in past dates from being highlighted in red on the timeline.
Improved row highlighting behavior in New Scheduler
(Home > Scheduler (New) view – view the timeline)
Fixed an issue causing the row highlight on hover in the New Scheduler to feel sticky, ensuring smoother and more responsive interaction.
Fix for incorrect Customer and missing Entity on drag scheduling
(Home > Scheduler (New) view > Waiting Zone))
Fixed an issue where dragging a schedulable item from the Waiting Zone to the timeline to schedule it resulted in the wrong Customer and a missing Entity in the appointment dialog.
Resolved FTP Import Duplication Issue in ImportWizard
(Home > Import Wizard)
Fixed a bug that caused duplicate imports from FTP in the Import Wizard.
Fixed Remittance FTP/SFTP transfer issues
(Home > Import/Export > Bank account FTP/SFTP)
Resolved an issue where remittance exports configured to use FTP/SFTP were not triggering correctly. Previously, users received a local remittance file when pressing the Remit action. Additionally, a warning screen appeared when attempting to transfer files in the History section. Both issues have now been fixed.
Resolved Tag Export Formatting Issue
(Home > any search view where tags are supported > right-click on the grid > Export > Excel Export)
Fixed an issue where, after exporting the search view data, tags were displayed as "[object Object]" instead of tag values (tag text).
Fixed Block Text Not Copied When Copying Orders
(Home > Order search > Order view > Main Menu > Copy to > Order)
The bug causing the Block text not to be copied when copying an Order has been fixed.
Improved grid (table) text contrast in Dark and Silver modes
(all tables in Dark and Silver modes)
Improved the text contrast in all tables across Quick3 when using Dark and Silver modes, improving readability.
SMS validation failures now properly logged
(Home > Campaign (search)> Campaign > Log)
Fixed an issue where campaign lines that failed SMS validation were not properly logged when distributing a campaign via a Scheduled job.
Fixed Amount Limit in GL Journal Import
The GL journal import has been updated to allow amounts up to 12 digits, plus 2 decimal places, ensuring larger transactions can be imported
Corrected File Audit Version in SAF-T Finance files
Fixed an issue where the FileAuditVersion was incorrect in generated SAF-T Finance files.
Bug Fix: Supplier not set when importing Voucher Documents from EHF
Resolved an issue where importing Invoices from EHF to the Document Center failed to set the Supplier for some users.
Base Item Average Cost now updates when Base Item Cost changes
Fixed an issue where the Base Item Average Cost (baseitemavgcost) did not update when the Base Item Cost (baseitemcost) was modified.
