Here you'll find detailed information about the latest updates, enhancements, and bug fixes across all three platforms. New Features

  • Send selected Order lines to POS for payment

(Home > Order search > Order > POS) 

Users can now select one or more Order lines and send only those lines to the POS for payment. The POS process works the same way as invoicing: only the selected lines are transferred, and after payment, a cash invoice is created for the correct debtor for each line.

Lines with multiple debtors are not allowed to transfer to POS.


  • Control visibility of empty Batches in Item Batch view

(Home > Item search > Item > Stock > Batch) 

A new checkbox allows users to include empty Batches in the Item Batch view when needed. By default, empty batches are hidden. When the option is enabled, empty batches are shown. This gives users better control over batch visibility without impacting default usability.

  • Holiday display support in the new Scheduler

(Home > Scheduler (New)) 

Client-configured holidays are now rendered in the new Scheduler. Updates to holidays are reflected live in the scheduler view without needing to refresh.



Improvements

  • Margin Calculator: Improved Gross Profit handling and visibility

(Home > Order search > Order) / (Home > Offer search > Offer)

The margin calculator now shows the correct current GP and GP% values and includes a total row for better visibility. Price and discount updates follow logical rules: negative discounts caused by GM% changes are automatically converted to a zero discount, and a new unit price is applied instead. Manual negative discounts are still allowed. 


  • User-customizable Vehicle Lookup service 

(Home > Client configuration > Misc tab > see "Vehicle lookup service" settings) 

A Vehicle Lookup Service allows Quick3 to retrieve vehicle registration data (such as technical parameters, ownership information, and other related details), using either a license plate number or a VIN (Vehicle Identification Number). This feature is configured in the Client Configuration view (previously, these settings had to be set in the database; now you can do it directly in the Client Configuration view). In addition, users can select which Vehicle Lookup Service to use from a collection of available services, ensuring flexibility based on their needs or integration preferences.

  • Entity information from a new appointment to the Order header

(Home > Scheduler (New) > Create new appointment in the timeline (Work order)

When creating a new appointment, any entity information provided by the user is now automatically saved to the Entity field in the Order header.


  • Use the Customer's Address from the copied sales Order

(Home > Order search > Order)

When copying a sales order to a Purchase Order and selecting the option "Use customer's delivery address as delivery address for purchase order", the customer's delivery address will now be taken from the customer address provided on the Order. (Previously, this address would be sourced from the customer's default address.)

This improvement ensures that the Purchase Order always uses the exact same delivery address as the sales Order it was created from.


  • Notify when other users are viewing the same document

(Home > Document Center)

Added a familiar red eye indicator to show when another user is viewing the same document in the Document Center.


  • Move Parsing Rules in Document Center

(Home > Client configuration > Finance > see the “Use parsing rules in Document Center” setting under "Document Center")

Moved the "Use parsing rules in Document Center" setting from "Misc" to "Finance" in client settings for better organization.



Bug Fixes

  • Restricted fields on partially/fully received POs are now read-only

(Home > Purchase order search > Purchase order)

Certain restricted fields on partially/fully received Purchase Orders (POs) were not being protected from edits. These fields are read-only now and cannot be changed.


  • Card reservation not captured when invoicing Order

(Home > Order search > Order > Payments)

Card payment reservations were not always being recognized after invoicing Orders, resulting in customers getting collection or payment notices even with valid card payment reservations made. The cause of this issue has been fixed now. Card payment reservations are recognized correctly after invoicing.


  • Corrected remittance return value in subledgers

An issue causing incorrect remittance values to be calculated in subledgers due to currency exchange fee handling has been fixed.


  • Entity copy failure 

(Home > Entity search > Entity > Menu > Copy entity)

An issue causing the Entity "Copy entity" action to fail with the message "numberToAllocate must be greater than zero" has been fixed. The cause of this was due to an Entity not being saved. The copy action is now restricted until the Entity is saved.


  • Malfunctioning Stock Taking Search query string

(Home > Stock taking > "Search" input)

An issue preventing the "Search" input value from being used in searches has been fixed.


  • Missing cost prices in new Stock Batches

An issue causing new Stock Batches to be created without stock prices has been fixed. (Credit note lines were causing this issue.)


  • Adding images to maximized articles fails

(Home > Article search > Article > Body Text tab > "Maximize" and click on "Image" to add a picture)

Resolved an issue where users could not add an image when the article was maximized.


  • Country not mapped from Customer Template to New Customer

(Home > Customer search > Menu > "New From Template")

Fixed an issue where the country was not being mapped when creating a Customer from a template.


  • Grid crashes when grouping with color dot columns

(All grids with color dot columns)

Fixed an issue that prevented grouping columns when a color dot column was present in the grid (table).


  • Resolved login dialog appearing multiple times and blocking inputs 

Fixed an issue where the login dialog could appear multiple times and without content, blocking all input on the Quick3 site and forcing users to reload the page.


  • Item relocation with negative quantity transferred 0

(Home > Item search > Item view > Stock tab > Current stock sub tab > Menu > "Relocate")

Fixed a bug that caused Item relocation with a negative quantity to be reset to 0 instead of preserving the negative quantity. 


  • Cell value not restored on search cancel in Stock Taking

(Home > Stock Taking grid)

Improved behavior when canceling search in the Stock taking grid (on the line level). If the user now selects to cancel the search, the old value is retained in the cell that was searched from.


  • Stock Location merge failing after introduction of Stock Batch

Fixed an issue where merging stock locations did not work correctly after the introduction of the Stock Batch feature.


  • Saving new Item with Alternative Item code 

(Home > Items search > Add new Item > "Alt. item No." in Item view > click "Save")

Fixed an issue where saving a newly created Item would fail if Alternative Item codes were added before saving.


  • Exception when searching for Entity in Order view

(Home > Order search > Order view > Primary info tab > Entity)

Fixed an issue where an exception occurred when searching for an Entity from the Order header.


  • Simple Stock Transfer targeted wrong location

Fixed an issue where a simple Stock Transfer could end up selecting the main location instead of the sublocation as the target for the Stock Transfer.


  • Deleting voucher documents fails if the document has approvers

(Home > Document center > Open document > Action menu > Delete)

Fixed an issue where deleting a voucher document would fail if the document had approvers associated with it.


  • Invoicing Orders with multiple Picklists throws multiple errors

(Home > Order search > [Find an order with multiple picklists] > Open order > Action menu > Create invoice > All lines)

Fixed an issue where invoicing an Order that had multiple Picklists associated with it would result in errors being thrown for each Picklist attached.


  • Adding multiple model specs to the same Block in Offer throws error

Fixed an issue where trying to add more than one model spec to the same Block in Offer would throw an error. Now, a validation catches this and will show a warning to the user that only one model spec can be applied.

  • Shipit Integration

Users can now create consignments to logistic service providers directly from Quick3 through Shipit.

Improvements

  • Adjustment of Order and Invoice display on "My Page" for "Print Totals Only"

(Webshop > My page> Order history > Order / Invoice)

User can now hide details in customer-facing printouts on block type level by configuring the blocktype, so only the total block sum will be visible on orders and invoices in the Webshop "My Page".


  • Improvements to performance on Webshop mobile version

(Webshop)

Made some improvements to the performance of the webshops on mobile devices. 



Bug Fixes 

  • Fixed issue with Customer missing on Web Orders

(Home > order search > web orders)

Fixed the issue were customer was not connected to the web order.

Mobile App

  • Logged-in user shows in the app header

The app header now also displays the initials of the currently active user, to simplify the use of shared devices!
