In Quick3, you have the option of sending a payment URL to the customer for payment of an order or invoice, so that the customer can easily pay in the webshop. However, this requires that you have Quick3's WEB.
Layout of templates
Templates must be set up for the ways you wish to send the payment URL via.
It is possible to create templates for orders and invoices for dispatch via both e-mail and SMS.
To send orders with a payment URL, you must select type "Webshop order" in templates, and use the code #WEBSHOPBASKETURL# in the text.
To send an invoice with a payment URL, you must select type "Invoice", and you must include the code #WEBSHOPINVOICEURL# in the template text.
Payment solutions
A webshop payment method must be set up for the customer to be able to pay online. We have support for various payment methods, including Vipps Checkout, Klarna and NetsEasy.
Contact us at support if you need assistance in integrating a payment solution.
If you already use Quick3's webshop, the payment solutions you have on the web today will be available choices for the customer who will pay via payment URL. More information about payment solutions can be read here.
Web checkout
Since the payment takes place online, you must have created a web cash register, and it is on the web cash register that the transactions are settled. It is therefore important that you remember to run cash registers on the web cash register in addition to regular cash registers. Read more about setting up a web cash register here.
Sending payment URL
Order
Orders are created in the usual way in Quick3. Then go to the hamburger menu --> send e-mail or SMS
The link takes the customer to the shopping cart in the webshop, where the customer can proceed to checkout and pay with one of the available payment solutions.
ATTENTION! To send an order to the shopping cart, the order MUST be unprocessed. This means that orders cannot be picked or invoiced in advance. If the order is picked/partially picked or invoiced/partially invoiced, you must send a payment link from the invoice instead.
Invoice
Similar to sending a payment URL on an order, you can send an e-mail or SMS to the customer with a payment URL from the invoice image. It is preferred to send the payment URL via invoice, as you have the option to make changes to the order from both Quick and the shopping cart in the webshop. By sending a payment URL from the invoice, you prevent this from happening, as you cannot add or remove items from the invoice.
