All customers can create their own profile in the webshop if registration is allowed in the Webshop Settings. In Quick3 webshops, both private customers and business customers have the opportunity to create their own profile, so it is possible to conduct both B2B and B2C business. Customers can register via "Log in" at the top right corner of the webshop header.
Once the user is created, the customer has access to several different functions which are managed in "My page".
"My page" shows an overview of all the functions the user has access to, which are:
- My page - shows an overview of the different pages the customer has access to.
- Profile/contact information - manages personal information, contact information, change passwords and other settings.
- My Consents - maintains agreements and consents etc. GDPR.
- Order history - contains history, status and package tracking for orders and invoices.
- My Vehicles - overview of own vehicles, service history etc.
- Log out - Allows you to log out of "My page".
Settings in Quick3
In the Webshop Settings, you can make some choices about what customers can do/see etc. login, customer registration and "My page".
- Show customers vehicles on mypage: Determines whether customers should see entities linked to the customer and have the opportunity to see service history on their profile page in the online store.
- Allow new customers to register in the webshop: Whether customers should be allowed to register as a customer or not
- Allow registration of customers without address: Whether or not it is required for customer registration to provide an address.
