Click and collect in webshop

To set up Click and collect in your webshop, you can follow these steps:

1. Create an order type called "Webshop - Click and collect"
2. Create an order template that has this order type "Webshop - Click and collect"
3. Set up an order template "Webshop - Click and collect" for order type Webshop (Click and collect) in Client Configurations
4. Activate "Click and collect" in Webshop Settings

Step 1. Create an order type called "Webshop - Click and collect"

Go to the main menu and open "Order type". Create a new order type by clicking +.

Remember to save when you have finished entering names and which settings that should apply to this order type.

Step 2. Create an order template that has this order type 

"Webshop - Click and collect"

You must now link the order type to an order template, so that the system understands that this order type differs from others.

Go to the main menu and open "Order search". Create a new template by, for example, retrieving another template that you can edit (in this example we are retrieving the "Webshop" order template so that we can change it).

You give the new template the new order type: "Webshop - Click and collect".

Save template by going to the hamburger menu and selecting "Save as Template".

You call the new template, for example, "Webshop - Click and collect".

3. Set up order template "Webshop - Click and collect" for order type 

Webshop (Click and collect) in Client Configuration

Next, we have to tell the system that orders of the type "Click and collect" should follow the order template of the same name.

This is done in Client Configuration under the Sales tab.

Here you set the Webshop (Click and collect) to follow the template you just created "Webshop - Click and collect".

Remember to save.

4. Activate "Click and collect" in Webshop Settings

Next, we need to activate "Click and collect" orders in the webshop. This is done in the Webshop Settings menu.

Remember to save.

Once this has been done, the customers will be presented with a choice on items in the webshop, called "Click and collect". Orders that come in via "Click and collect" will then come in with the order type "Webshop - Click and collect".

You can also set up for customers to receive an SMS notification when these orders are ready for collection.
