In your Quick3 webshop there is a function called "filter", which gives the user the opportunity to sort/filter on various product characteristics/properties. In this article, we show you how to add various filters to make them visible on your website.
How to add filters to items:
The filter function is based on the properties of the items. If an item group consists of two items with two unique properties, the properties will be possible to filter on, on the item group level in the webshop.
Under the "Item properties" tab from the main menu, you build a hierarchy for what should be filterable in the webshop. Click here to learn more about how to create properties on items.
In the settings, you choose whether the property should be web-active and whether it should be visible in the filter on the web.
When the items have acquired different properties and are in the same item group, they will become visible and possible to sort by under the Filter section in webshop. Web-active item groups will be filterable automatically by the system.
Example of filter:
The filter will also include variant types, if you have set up items with variants.
As the customer chooses among the properties in the filter, the website will sort and display the products that meet the criteria chosen.
