In the webshop, you can add properties to items that provide information about the item. These properties are also used as a filter, so that you can more easily find the items you are looking for. To add properties to an item, these properties must be defined in advance. This is done under "Item properties" in the main menu.
When you enter Item properties to set up properties, this page is divided into "Categories" and "Properties".
You first create a category by clicking on the plus sign. Under "name" enter what you want the category to be called. Remember to save.
By clicking on the newly created category, you open to enter properties. In the properties field on the right, click on the plus sign to add all the properties you want. Remember to check the box for the property to "Show on the web", and that it should be used as a "Filter on web" if it should be possible to filter on it in webshop.
Once the properties have been created, these can be retrieved on the item card in Quick3, and those that are relevant to the item can be added.
To add properties to the item, click on the "Properties" tab on the item card. Then click on the plus sign.
This will bring up the properties search where all the properties that have been created are located. (see example below)
To select the properties you want, click on the check box next to those that apply to the item. Then click OK.
You can also retrieve all the properties in a category by going to the menu and selecting "Add properties from category".
After you have clicked OK in the property search, you will get a list with all the properties that have been selected, and you can start filling in the values that apply to the item. This is entered under "value".
You can also enter a priority order of how these properties should be displayed on the item in the webshop. Then enter numbers under "priority".
When the properties have been added to the item, it will appear under the item's specifications in the webshop. See the example below. At item group level, these specifications will be displayed in a filter function. However, you must have at least two different items and different values for the properties in order for these to appear in the filter.
