Automation of ordering from offer, capital goods

Automated ordering/creation of entity

Using an item linked to the brand/model register as a capital good, you will have the option to create an item and order(s) upon confirming the offer. This only applies if the block on the offer does not already have an existing link to an entity.

1. Create a offer, and enter the item linked to the brand/model register, in this example NY BIL.
2. Right-click on the itemline, select add accessories, and choose which items to include.

        3.The offer will receive new block(s), and the name of the block will be taken from the accessory category the items belong to.

        4.Click on confirm offer, fill in the options you wish to use and the accessory categories, and click on yes.

In the videosample, we select all possible options, the system then generates:

• An order.
• A new entity(status is automaticly set to "in order").
• Purchase order for the individual and the accessories you have added (If there are different suppliers, there will be 1 order per supplier).
