It is possible to publish entities/capital items in the Quick3 Webshop.
This is a great way to present capital items so that customers can easily find information about entities being sold. It is however not a good tool to sell enities yet.
Here is an overview of which criteria must be in place for items/models to be displayed in the webshop.
Entities
- The entity must be web-active.
- The entity must have an owner who is a warehouse customer.
- Must have a link to an item in the makes- and models register where the item does not have a tick for "Part exchange". This link can be located anywhere in the hierarchy.
- The item that is linked must then also be in the relevant item group.
- The entity must have a stated selling price
Items only linked to model
- The item must be in a relevant item group
- The item must be linked to the makes- and model register at the lowest level in the hierarchy.
- The link between item and model cannot be in the status "Used" nor can it be checked for "Part exchange".
- The item must be web active.
Note! The tick for web-active in the makes- and model register applies to the display of items linked to an entity in the model search, if you have this as an active function in the webshop.
