New Features

• EU Withdrawal Functionality (2026 Compliance)

Webshop > Footer

We have added a self-service withdrawal process to help customers exercise their legal right of withdrawal. Customers can now initiate a withdrawal directly from the webshop (a button in the footer as a default), identify their order, select the items they wish to withdraw, and submit the request online. A confirmation e-mail is sent to the once the withdrawal has been registered.

Improvements

• Webshop Footer improvements

Webshop > Footer

Duplicate footer images: Images that appeared both in a footer article and within the article content could be shown twice. These duplicates are now automatically removed from the footer while preserving existing behavior for image-only articles.

Improved footer layout: Display priority now controls which column content appears in.

Easier footer column configuration: The number of footer columns can now be customized inside the administration panel in the webshop.

Note: DesignPlus is unchanged and continues to size the footer based on the number of content blocks.

• Enabled year selection for AJAX Search Results and Save the Model with Year in Favorites

Webshop (Design plus only) > Search

We’ve made it easier to find the exact model in webshop. When you search using the quick AJAX search, you can now select a year on the Model Search page to refine your results. Plus, when you add a model to your favorites, the selected year will be saved along with it—so your favorites list stays accurate.

• Fixed issue with Missing Web-Active Images on Items in Webshop

Fixed problem where new web active images would not be displayed on items in webshop.

• Added Missing Icons on the PartStream Page

Webshop > PartStream

Added missing icons on the PartStream page.

• Fixed issue with Pickup Points Availability in Checkout

Webshop > Checkout

Shipping methods that require pickup point selection are now only shown when pickup points are available for the customer's delivery zipcode. This prevents customers from selecting options that would otherwise display an empty pickup point list.

• Fixed various issues with Order Handling 

Fixed various problems related to unconfirmed orders missing order data, for multiple payment integrations. 

• Fixed issue where Order could get Registered on another Customer

Webshop > Checkout

Fixed an issue where changes to customer information made during Kustom checkout were not correctly reflected on the associated Quick3 order. Orders now stay synchronized with the latest customer details, ensuring order and customer information remain consistent after checkout updates.

• Fixed problem where Compatible Models were not Displayed on Variant Items

Webshop > Item

Fixed an issue where "Compatible With" models configured on individual product variants were not displayed correctly. The webshop now shows the compatibility information associated with the selected variant.
