With Quick3 Repeating Invoice and the Quick3 webshop module, customers can manage their own subscriptions! We are proud to launch the subscription solution in the webshop, which will give customers full control over their regular deliveries. With the new administration in the webshop, customers can now change the delivery frequency, pause the subscription or cancel with just a few clicks. In addition, customers can change the content by choosing among the product's variants. *The subscription solution requires you to have the Quick3 Repeating Invoice module. |
Setup
Recurring invoices require the module Repeating Invoice. Contact support to activate the module.
The module is associated with subscription costs.
Once the module is activated, you will gain access to some new functions. There will be a new block type setting, where you can check Repeating invoice (subscription), and at the same time set a standard interval.
Furthermore, when you create a new order that is to be repeated, you change the block on the order to the block type that is meant to be used for repeating invoicing. Then you will get 3 new fields in the block; interval, invoice date and end date, which can be edited.
After the block type has been changed, you can add the items to which the customer will subscribe to. If the item has variants, or is one of the variants itself, the customer will have the option to change to another variant their subscription page.
The subscription page in the webshop
Customers can find the subscription page by logging into their user account in the webshop, and opening My Page.
1. Next shipment - Shows when the next shipment will be sent/invoiced
2. Frequency - Here the customer can choose how often they want to receive the products.
3. View and change status - Customers can pause/activate their subscription by clicking the two buttons for start and pause. Pausing the subscription will put the order on hold.
4. End/end- date - Here the customer can choose to end their subscription. If the customer terminates the subscription, the date of cancellation will appear in the field.
5. Change/save changes in subscription - The customer can choose to change the item(s) in the subscription by choosing between different variants.
6. Select item - Customers can click in the round checkbox on the item to change to the variant. Click Save Change to save your selection. There will be a tick in the checkbox for the applicable item.
