Getting Started with the User Portal
The User Portal gives you easy access to articles for professional updates, product information, documentation, a clear overview of support tickets, and much more. To handle support issues in the portal, you must create a user account for logging in. You can do this from www.quick.no - "Log in" (see the image below).
Tickets / Submit a ticket
Your submitted support tickets are available from the "Tickets" menu (see the image below). Here, you can monitor the progress, view dialogues, and check the status of your submitted tickets.
You can enter tickets to see detailed progress, respond to tickets, and add additional comments. This provides a much better overview than simply responding to tickets with your own email.
You can also submit tickets from the Portal. This is the same channel that is available from the menu in Quick3, as described in the article How to Submit a Support Ticket
